Draft: LnR workflow - adding note about SaaS/cDot account linkage
Why is this change being made?
Several customers have reported issues with the Customer Portal lately that have turned out to be related to their cDot/SaaS accounts not being linked - I understand some L&R SEs check this as a matter of course, however I want to add a note for people who are new to L&R to ensure they know to check this linkage!
