Update Maple Group Page

Please provide a brief explanation for this change:

Adding a section for how we can help with NRT tickets. I know we will eventually stay ahead of breached tickets however currently we have assigned and unassigned NRT tickets that have breached and I feel we can all pitch in to provide a good experience for the customers.

Im open to changes/suggestions on this and I feel this could be expanded on to include helping out other groups as well.
