Add BE, FE, and Team suffix to Plan:Certify team members
Why is this change being made?
This MR is a follow-up for !110131 (merged), and adds a BE
, FE
, and Team
suffix to Plan:Certify
team members' departments
entries. The Team
suffix is required in one of the department entries for the triage-ops automation. This change also updates a handbook page to show Backend & Frontend Engineering team members in Certify group: https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/product/categories/#certify-group
