Remove RTO and RPO from security FAQ page

Why is this change being made?

We only have proposal RTO and RPO times, not any that we commit to. See the note at the top of the disaster recovery page.

This was noted in Slack (internal) recently, as I asked about RTO and RPO times for a customer who asked in a Support ticket (internal).

Author Checklist

  • Provided a concise title for this Merge Request (MR)
  • Added a description to this MR explaining the reasons for the proposed change, per say why, not just what
    • Copy/paste the Slack conversation to document it for later, or upload screenshots. Verify that no confidential data is added.
