Update Culture Amp section to remove Beverley as admin

Why is this change being made?

Updating the Culture Amp section of the handbook to remove Beverley Rufener as backup admin. Replaced with Laura Janssen from People Tools & Technology team, who is a full admin in Culture Amp.
