Remove specific years of experience from job description

Why is this change being made?

Studies have shown that having specific experience durations in job description leads to people not applying due to not meeting these explicit durations even though they would be successful in the role. These studies also show that this affects folks who are members of underrepresented groups more than the majority.

With this in mind - specifically in support of our diversity, inclusion & belonging value, and with OKRs to increase the diversity of our team - I'm proposing this alternate wording.

Author Checklist
