Create the initial Onboarding directory that will contain images that are to be used for the Developer Onboarding Guide found here:
The goal is to have a single place of information that a new Developer/QA can get up to speed quickly. This will reduce the amount of questions / context switching, that a Team handles, while a new employee is onboarded at ATB. The eventual goal is that this will feed into a Dev Portal Tool that is being evaluated (Backstage)
