Draft: Add Uncategorized Handling tickets workflows to Collaboration subcategory

Why is this change being made?

There are 15 "Uncategorized" Support workflows for Handling Tickets, but at least five of them are mostly to do with different ways to work in collaboration with others. This MR adds subcategory: Collaboration to those which logically belong together with Fieldnote Issues in the Collaboratoin sub category of the Handling tickets Category within the Support Workflows.
