Why is this change being made?

As part of onboarding I am asked to change my teams handbook page. Adding my name to the list of SIRT members seemed an appropriate change.

Gitlab Team Member Certification task: Find your team's Handbook page (if you cannot find it, ask one of your colleagues to point out the page). Try finding something that needs to be changed - a broken link, a misspelling, or maybe contribute to the page with some of your ideas. Don't worry, you won't break anything.
