Typo in the doc.

Why is this change being made?

As per doc: "GitLab.com-DB clone" will be destroyed at 10:30pm UTC. Where as availability is stated between 00:00AM to 11:30. If the table has been destroyed at 10:30 PM then until it is rebuilt we can not query the data. Hence table is unavailable between 10:30 to 00:00(considering it takes 45 minutes for table to rebuilt.) According this availability window should be 00:00-10:30PM. and if it takes 45 minutes rebuilt it should be mentioned as it is an important performance improvement scenario or else starting time of availability window should also be updated.
