Fix reviewer roulette status for Joao

João Alexandre Cunha requested to merge Alexand-master-patch-16753 into master

Why is this change being made?

See: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-roulette/-/issues/37#note_1002990786

From @ashmckenzie:

GitLab Roulette cannot automatically link your GitLab team member YAML (from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/tree/master/data/team_members/person) with your Slack profile. The reasons why this isn't happening can vary from account to account but generally speaking the solution is to ensure your name: in your team member YAML matches the Full Name field in your Slack profile (or vice versa). For those that have their nickname within their GitLab team member YAML, if you have your nickname wrapped in single quotes, we automatically exclude that portion as part of the matching logic.
