Updating the Vision for Global search

  • Updated the epics listed
  • Rewrite of Vision. This is my first attempt using the process and guidelines laid out by Oleg Konovalov in the book, "The Vision Code: How to Create and Execute a Compelling Vision for your Business"

    @JohnMcGuire A few more general questions regarding the vision, which could be addressed as a follow up. I think the main vision is Global Search makes all information easily findable across GitLab.

    This results in the following tracks:

    1. Add all scopes
    2. Enable better code search
    3. Improve the UX and stability, scalability, compatibility
    4. Make GitLab easier to use by connecting the existing content relationships to enable all personas
