Draft: Define Red Team goals / success metrics

Chris Moberly requested to merge red-team-success-definitions into master

Why is this change being made?

The primary objective of this MR will be to define what success looks like on the Red Team, and how we measure that. We can use this to help shape the following:

  • Specific KRs inside OKRs
  • Metrics to track going forward in Sisense

We've been discussing exactly what type of detailed KPIs we may want to track. It probably makes more sense to begin defining at least the high-level categories for those here, just to make sure we have clearly defined goals that everything feeds into.

This MR also restructures the page a bit, to make this fit nicely.
