Sync Security Essentials lab wording to match GitLab 14.9 training environment

The Security Essentials class offered by Education Services has 5 labs. These labs describe some GUI elements that have changed since the training environment was upgraded recently from GitLab 14.1 to GitLab 14.9. This MR syncs up the wording in the labs with the wording in the GUI for GitLab 14.9.
