Move TOC to the sidebar in direction/*

Marcia Ramos requested to merge direction-add-toc-aside into master

Per Job's request, move the TOC to the sidebar in direction/* pages (like we have in the handbook).

Review Apps doesn't work with /direction since it's built only in master, so here's the preview:

The way I coded it, it affects the direction page and all underneath it.
