Update "Who We Are" on Channel Operations page

Why is this change being made?

Creating my first merge request as part of GitLab Team Member Cert training. The "Who We Are" section of our Channel Operations site is outdated. This MR will edit the section to update Colleen Farris' title and add new team member Nick Scala

Author Checklist
