Draft: Update guidance for reporting infringement of GitLab trademarks

Why is this change being made?

This change is related to the introduction of a new workflow for reporting infringement of GitLab trademarks (see this issue for further context).

The workflow introduction has made some text on this page redundant with regard to reporting GitLab trademark infringement, so the proposed (minor) edits, reflect correct/updated guidance for GitLab team members to follow.
