Add list of DRIs for the Merge Request Report Widgets

Why is this change being made?

After having compiled a list of the respective DRIs for each of the widgets using the new MR Report Widget Extension framework, this commits it to the handbook for easier discoverability in case someone is looking for the responsible for widget X or Y, in case of troubleshooting or collaboration/suggestion.
