Update job family to include customer advocacy, and section terminology to specialization

Why is this change being made?

I am hiring for a new role and need to add in a new specialization for Customer Advocacy under Product Marketing Manager. Additionally, the terminology with "speciality" and "specialist" is confusing to outside candidates, so updating to "specialization".
