Remove hero member location/country data as well

Why is this change being made?

Keep both (team, core team members and hero members) consistent in data format 🍠

Keep hero members safe as well as team and core team members.

• For all hero member YML files, makes locality blank, and country: Remote
• Unlink members from Google Maps (cf. !101866 (merged))

This is a corresponding approach to !100057 (merged) for team and core team members.
