Rearrange free trial redirect, use literal regex

Why is this change being made?

Another attempt to fix gitlab-com/marketing/digital-experience/buyer-experience#577 (closed). Gonna have to iterate, but hopefully this one will fix the redirect and not break others with the literal regex.
