Draft: Update to include Google Drive sharing

Why is this change being made?

Attaching this issue for reference https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/business-technology/it-operations/projects-and-initiatives/it-operations-stories/-/issues/65 . We have a number of drive files that are confidential in nature shared with personal email addresses and we need to put something in place to reduce shares to personal email addresses.
