Move Pages to Editor group
Why is this change being made?
As discussed in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/Product/-/issues/3101, the Pages category is being transitioned to the Editor group. This change allows Release to focus on more business-critical categories and the Pages strategy is more closely aligned with the Editor group's long-term vision for managing and editing static site content. Two BE Go engineers are currently being onboarded to the Editor group specifically to support Pages. This MR updates the files in www-gitlab-com
to reflect that change.
