Clarify direction for how/when to involve non product development team stakeholders
The current product development flow doest not provide clear direction on how/when to involve team members such as TAMs, PMMs, leadership or other stable counterparts whose point of view is valuable through out the cycle. Be they "collaborators" or "informed parties, their input is needed to create a clear focus on customer value, successful adoption during go to market and maintaining a strong internal/external feedback loops.
