Some about.gitlab.com/blog pages get stuck in a loop
What is/are the relevant URLs or emails?

Briefly describe the bug
What I could see was that the browser kept reloading or re-rendering or re-flowing the page or something like that: it seemed to be switching back and forth between two slightly different layouts. The frequency of this re-rendering seems close to once per second. I tried to read the article, but the text jumped up or down on each re-render/re-flow/whatever, and this seemed to get worse as I scrolled farther down. I also noticed an element at the bottom of the window that seemed to disappear and be re-drawn on each event: a "Try GitLab risk-free for 30 days" message.
What are the steps to reproduce the bug
- Load the page (the bug becomes noticeable)
- Scroll down (the impact on text, especially that the text moves, becomes noticeable)
