This issue is meant to document any observations/ideas/actions from our team's Culture Amp FY22 Q4 Pulse Engagement Survey that ran from 2021-11-04 to 2021-11-18.

Thank you all for participating in the Pulse Engagement Survey of FY22 Q4!
I'm really proud of our team's results!
We had a 100% participation rate and an overall score of 96% engagement. As UX department we also had really great results with a 86% participation rate and an overall engagement of 91%.
Highlights
Looking back to our November 2020 Engagement Survey we have either improved (in a big way) or matched (when the answer was previously 100%) on all questions! In the FY22Q4 results out of the 19 questions asked we had 13 with a 100% favorable score. Of those, these are the questions that I think are important to highlight:
- I am proud to work for GitLab (100% favorability)
- I would recommend GitLab as a great place to work (100% favorability)
- GitLab is a great company for me to make a contribution to my development (100% favorability)
- I feel respected at GitLab (100% favorability)
- I can be my authentic self at work (100% favorability)
Opportunities
In the FY22Q4 results these were the lowest scoring questions:
- The leaders at GitLab have communicated a mission that motivates me (80% favorability (1% lower than company))
- I believe there are good career opportunities for me at GitLab (80% favorability (8% higher than company))
- I believe action will take place as a result of this survey (80% favorability)

On a quarterly basis, I'll have a slack reminder sent out to remind us to go and review our respective stage vision pages as well as the Company direction page. Designers can reply with an emoji or comment when they have completed the task.
