In this interview, you'll spend 15 minutes talking through a case study in your portfolio, so that we can understand your process and approach to design, your philosophy on design, and what you're looking for generally in a Product Designer position. This interview will also cover the more technical elements of design, so be prepared to talk about the tools and skills you use as a Designer.
@vkarnes small suggestion I had in the back of my head based on recent interviews with product designers. I think it's more than fair to ask candidates to present a problem in 15 minutes, since this is the timebox we give Product Designers to showcase their problems at GitLab. This can also help candidates be better prepared and present a more concise story during the calls. WDYT?
