Given our lower score on career development, we would like every manager to have a career development conversation with their reports.

Career Conversation Acknowledgement
We are asking that all people managers in Development please check the box next to their names to acknowledge that they have had a career development conversation with each of their direct reports in the 2021 calendar year (January 1 - April 30, 2021). The due date for this is April 30, 2021.

Good
- Everyone had a career development conversation.
- Tracking career conversations ensures this is happening at all levels; this is the first time we've tracked, so this is a great step in the right direction.
Bad
- For most people, we did these late in the quarter.
Try
- Tracking career conversations twice per year as opposed to once/year moving forward. Perhaps we track in Q1 and Q3 moving forward?
