FY22-Q1 KR: Development - CultureAmp: Every team member has at least one career development conversation with manager => 100%

Given our lower score on career development, we would like every manager to have a career development conversation with their reports.

We have also set out a timeline for cultureamp activities and feedback - #10743

Career Conversation Acknowledgement

We are asking that all people managers in Development please check the box next to their names to acknowledge that they have had a career development conversation with each of their direct reports in the 2021 calendar year (January 1 - April 30, 2021). The due date for this is April 30, 2021.

  • Everyone had a career development conversation.
  • Tracking career conversations ensures this is happening at all levels; this is the first time we've tracked, so this is a great step in the right direction.

Bad

  • For most people, we did these late in the quarter.

Try

  • Tracking career conversations twice per year as opposed to once/year moving forward. Perhaps we track in Q1 and Q3 moving forward?
