Add SHIFT modifier to download attachments to <comment_id> subfolder

This update adds a new feature that allows users to organize downloaded attachments into comment-specific subfolders. When downloading attachments from Zendesk tickets, users can now hold the Shift key while clicking to automatically save files into a subfolder named after the comment ID (like "comment-5/").
