Don't route blob downloads in Firefox

Due to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1696174, Firefox is unable to initiate new blob downloads when routing downloads. For that reason, let's disable routing on blobs so the item is actually downloaded (but not routed).
