WIP: Adding gitlab rake maintenance commands

I think it would be useful to add gitlab-rake maintenance commands to GitLabSOS script, I see there is version manifest generated from running GitLabSOS script, however, these gitlab maintenance commands will contain some extra information that could be very useful.

@cody what do you think? I don't think all of this information is gathered anywhere by the script at the moment unless I missed it somewhere.
