Create web report and publish it to pages

Issue: #16

This MR includes:

  • an HTML web report with supporting CSS and javascript. Javascript parses the json file given as input and displays issues found in a table. User can also view the whole list of issues that we checked.
  • a new job in .gitlab-ci.yml to publish the web report to pages.
