Add scripts to search default files of given versions

We often have to look up some value in gitlab.rb.template of a certain Omnibus version.

Also, I often found myself searching GitLab's db/structure.sql when working on scripts for customers.

Having used these shell functions for almost a year now, I'd like to migrate them here as scripts.
