Integration of gitlab.com log fetching with support uploader
There are some plans in place to allow gitlab.com non-admin Support Engineers have gated access to pull certain data (logs) in order to aid troubleshooting of gitlab.com customer issues.
Would it make sense for log pulling from gitlab.com to be integrated with Support Uploader backend?
(In other words, tied to a Support ticket, logs would be copied to Support Uploader backend and ticket would be updated with internal comment).
Main advantages of this might be:
- Logs are always stored in same manner and linked to ticket
- For future iterations of Support Uploader, same analysis (automated troubleshooting?) of log files could be done.
