Minor improvements in Zendesk Basics

Adds two warnings:

  1. To ensure the Zendesk user is not being added to the organization automatically
  2. To be careful when using the "Submit" button as a "Save" button as it will always send any public response that was entered

Changes needs-org to stage-needsorg, removes mention of inactive SM with SLA view

Adds extra step to clarify how to "take ownership"
