Draft: TLS Module overhaul

I've discussed the TLS module with @john_long

• Remove section 3 (Tickets)
  • Rationale: this stage was made obsolete by the addition of the quiz. Modules should have either quizzes or read / solve X tickets
• Use better accessible documentation
  • Rationale: the digicert.com / cheapsslsecurity.com articles linked in stage 1 are not meeting quality standards IMO
• Maybe stage 2 could benefit from a little guidance on how to create a self-signed cert / CA?
  • I'd like to hear your thoughts about that @john_long, or anyone reading this 😉
