Add "The Basics of CI" blog post to CI.md

During my personal study I found that our "GitLab CI: Run jobs sequentially, in parallel or build a custom pipeline" blog post was an excellent, practical introduction to the topic. I believe this post is invaluable to a new-starter to CI and so should be included in the read list.
