gl-support no longer exists, fix link to meetings, sync templates slightly

The third template already had the correct meetings link.

I guess these will be overhauled soon.

When we do .. People Group's onboarding templates use some sort of 'include' mechanism (a bot, I think) to insert other bits of template.

They also now use twisties to collapse down bits of the checklist

Two innovations that'd it'd be good to incorporate.
