Add pairing task for Kibana/Sentry log searching in SaaS Basics module
Feedback given during 1:1 with @abuerer: The Searching logs and filing issues section may benefit from including additional search examples/exercises and/or pairing session(s) to allow engineers to become more familiarized with making searches in Kibana/Sentry.
Adding pairing session(s) to the section will:
- Allow other engineers to provide helpful tips on where/how to find logs
- Provide exposure to onboarding engineers who are new to these platforms
- Give real-world search examples for customer issues on GitLab.com
