Had a great chat about:
- Taking time to dive deep into a ticket and learn vs feeling productive (you feel less productive when you do that because you're able to work through less tickets, but you should really think more about the real long-term benefits of doing so)
- Making mistakes and getting better at them
- Anton mentioned having done debrief sessions in his previous role and WM suggested that he open an issue to suggest some time where the team brings a ticket they felt could have done better for a debrief
- WM mentioned about tracking error rates, as a trailing measure of whether you're starting to go too fast (faulty assumptions, not double checking work, etc.) and need to slow down or take a break
