Manager Agenda Process Proposal
With the Support management team growing, the current method we tackle the agenda is a bit too synchronous. If someone misses the meeting, it almost feels like they don't get a chance to include their feedback to the conversation.
To rectify this, my proposal is:
- For each discussion point, an issue is made prior to the agenda meeting
- We would likely want to ping the managers to notify them
- Said issue is linked into the agenda meeting
- Discussion occurs in the issue itself
- The agenda itself is used for final clarification/decisions
I feel this way is much more asynchronous and helps to avoid anyone from feeling excluded. As a form of deadline, I would say make the issues ASAP and try to have them in the agenda the Wednesday before the meeting itself. This gives some time for discussion and the like.
