Bootstrapping Americas-Central Team
@jcolyer is now our new America's Central Manager
@lyle and I have reports that we will need to transition over to him.
Pre-Reqs:
- Interview training
- Getting notifications set up in GH / application review
- Harassment training (completed already, right @jcolyer ? - ahead of me, I got sad when it was the same plot as last year
😢 ) - anything else @tcooney ?
In terms of actual transition over I think we need to:
- share existing experience factor worksheets and path-to-promotion docs
- have Jason schedule some "get to know you" time with each person
- schedule some time with Jason to give a brief "state of the union" for each report
