Weekly rotation to focus on Self-Managed Starter & Free
The Self-Managed Starter & Free queue does not seem to get the same amount of attention as the Sefl-Managed Premium & Ultimate queue.
I propose a weekly rotation, similar to the First Response Time Hawk, for focusing on the Self-Managed Starter & Free queue. I think this would help us better stay on top of the queue and would help alleviate some customer frustration.
Please add any thoughts or ideas that you may have.
