Support Training Best Practices
Right now our Support Training for new support agents/engineers is not standardised. I think standardising it completely would make it less on an interesting process but it could be valuable to have a compilation of best practices for trainers to refer to while they help new team members with on-boarding.
thoughtbot's mentor handbook is the inspiration for this.
