Identify top 5 pain points for Auth

The Auth survey results were used as the primary source for identifying pain points: #4897 (comment 1284016382)

Some pain points listed were not actionable (within Support), such as:

1. Breath of Auth
2. Feature issues (though I have followed up on prioritizing the one mention)
3. Requiring console access (though again, followed up)

Ones that are actionable within Support will be the focus for this quarter:

1. Lack of testing for specific identity providers. Created #4919 (closed)
2. Customer specific instructions: covered by #4971 (closed) . Related #4646 (closed) along with testing and docs
3. Uneven distribution of expertise. Created #4920 (closed)
4. 2FA. Encourage self-service in #4699 (closed)
5. Unconsolidated docs in #4889 (closed)

While 2FA was not mentioned as a specific pain point in the survey, we get a lot of questions about the process, and even more tickets.
