Paid Trial Support for Customers
After speaking with a couple of team members in SMB it seems that we are frequently communicating with prospects that do not meet our minimum threshold for SA engagement. Additionally, these customers are often looking for support-type help that does not necessarily require SA engagement. With an option for paid trial support I think it would allow for:
- Customers to have support and have a more successful evaluation
- Save reps and SAs time by not having them support small scale trials
