Background
- Omnia, Pallavi and the CSE team recently developed onboarding for the CSEs coming on board.
- The Global Digital SMB team has a goal of helping SMB Advocates (AEs) to be more technical and provide help for customers as CS engagements won’t be available in this segment.

Questions/Goals
- Is there a way to easily repackage the work done for the CSE onboarding path for SMB Advocates?
- Pallavi: There is an existing SMB AE COMM onboarding path (in an issue), marrying both that and the CSE path could make sense.
- Doing the “Core 4” certifications can be a good step forward as well
- Security cert might not be necessary since no Ultimate customers for SMB
- To move from SMB > MM
- \> 100 customers
- Purchase Ultimate
- Spend 30k
- SMB Advocate will handle renewals for those customers within their thresholds
- More critical for this role would be CI/CD, Git, and PM certs
- How much of the content is irrelevant and will need to be removed?
- Can we utilize LevelUp and provide a similar path for SMB?
