This MR adds an initial scaffold for detailed dashboards for Data Insights Platform, as part of https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/analytics-section/-/epics/14. This is mostly untested at this stage to allow for iteration once it's available upstream, considering test-dashboard.sh doesn't work well with newly-minted dashboards anymore, see:
