Add load balancing metrics to registry database detail dashboard

Related to DLB: Update Grafana dashboards with new metrics (gitlab-org/container-registry#1379 - closed). Adds graphs to the existing Database detail dashboard of the container registry to expose the new metrics related to database load balancing (only available in staging for now).
