update-feature-categories-automation requested to merge update-feature-categories-automation into master

Update feature categories to 2024-07-01.

  1. Please check the mapping on stage-group-mapping-crossover.jsonnet to make sure old categories are mapped to new ones. The history of updates can be found on stages.yml.
  2. Run make generate again.
